When should you notify VUMI® about scheduled treatments?

In order to receive scheduled medical services and guarantee direct payment to the provider (if applicable), insureds must notify VUMI® at least 72 hours before a medical treatment. In case of a medical emergency, the insured must notify VUMI® within 72 hours after such emergency.

Complete the Notification/Pre-Certification Form for a medical procedure or event. You will receive a confirmation email and our medical team will contact you as soon as possible.

By E-mail

Send an e-mail to notify@vumigroup.com with your policy information and the medical service you received or will receive.

Don’t forget to attach all related documents, such as medical reports, diagnoses, bills, etc.
