When should you notify VUMI® about scheduled treatments?
In order to receive scheduled medical services and guarantee direct payment to the provider (if applicable), insureds must notify VUMI® at least 72 hours before a medical treatment. In case of a medical emergency, the insured must notify VUMI® within 72 hours after such emergency.

Notify VUMI® about the medical service received or to be received, within the corresponding period.
Request the respective medical reports, detailed bills of medical services received and proof of payment. These documents must not exceed 180 days from the date of submission.
Complete and sign the Claim Form. Download it here or complete it online from MyVUMI™.
